To fulfill this ambition, we need the best talents to join the organization. Therefore, we are searching for a skilled SAP Process Supporter who is interested in driving implementation of changes and development of SAP within the operational area and QA at the Hørsholm site.

The SAP Support Team

You will join a team of SAP Process Supporters who supports both daily business processes and participate in cross functional projects to optimize and expand our business. We work in a cGMP environment where all changes to SAP are documented. Furthermore, we are also responsible for the general SAP training programs and for training of SAP superusers in the operational areas and QA.

This is a 2-years temporary position, with the possibility, of a permanent employment afterwards.

The role as SAP Process Supporter

As SAP Process Supporter, you will have a variety of responsibilities and tasks, and very often no two days are alike. Below, you can see examples of some of the exciting tasks, you will be handling:

• Support daily operations in troubleshooting to fix urgent SAP issues
• Ensure maintenance of master data
• Support and perform training related to SAP
• Support new SAP master data implementations
• Update and establish required documentation
• Ensure the validated state of SAP operational transactions
• Request and test new SAP functionalities and processes
• Support minor to major projects with SAP knowledge and solutions

To summarize it, you will be working with various stakeholders across the organization. You will act as the interface between IT and Operations and must be able to explain complex situations in simple terms to make the two worlds understand each other.

Your qualifications

• You have knowledge/experience from production in a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceutical or food/beverages), including change control cases
• You have a technical education within engineering, science, supply chain or similar
• You have experience with SAP, preferably with e.g., MM, PP, QM modules
• You have project experience either from handling small to medium complex projects or from participation in projects
• You have good collaboration and communication skills
• You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
