Senior CMC Project Manager

ALK is offering an exciting position as Senior CMC Project Manager. In this role, you will be part of an ambitious journey to become the preferred allergy company globally by pushing forward some of ALK's most strategic product development and Life Cycle Management projects. Fields of responsibility

Based on a clear mandate, you will be responsible for driving selected strategic, cross functional, global and medicinal product related projects forward. You will head up and ensure progress in project teams, facilitate scientific, risk and cost discussions within the projects and communicate with stakeholders throughout ALK on challenges to be solved to move forward. 

• Heading up global cross functional projects within CMC development of new products as well as Life Cycle Management of existing products
• Collaborating with CMOs, development and manufacturing functions as well as at all organizational levels of ALK

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you can ensure a great collaboration and performance across ALK functions through solid CMC project management competences:

• + 5 years of experience and flair within CMC Project Management
• Academic degree within natural sciences, e.g. engineering or pharmaceutical sciences
• Proven track record within cross-country project management of strategic projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Structured and constructive approach including ability to prioritise under high pressure
• Work independently and enjoy being professionally challenged

The department/team

Our Global CMC Project Management department consists of 5 passionate colleagues. We strive to define and execute the right projects supporting the ALK strategy. Our competences and processes are constantly in development to the meet the needs of the patients and all stakeholders, internally as well as externally. We are driven by a high level of professionalism, integrity, an open-minded approach and contributing to an inspiring and fun working environment together with colleagues.

The position is located at the ALK headquarter in Hørsholm and it is necessary to live in an area where it is possible to commute daily to the office. Monthly travelling to CMOs and/or production sites is expected.
