DMPK Laboratory Technologist
in a biotech company focused on the discovery, design and development of innovative peptide-based medicines
Currently, we are looking for a new DMPK Laboratory Technologist, who has experience developing quantitative and qualitative bioanalytical LC-MS/MS methods for analysis of biological samples. If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities with an independent attitude, you are a match for us. Your level will depend on your experience and competencies which will be clarified as part of the process. The role can be designed for a more junior technologist to a principal scientist depending on your qualifications.
The Department of Bioanalysis and Pharmacokinetics consists of a DMPK- and immunogenicity group. As a DMPK technologist you will support research and early development projects with data from in vitro stability studies, metabolite identification studies and pharmacokinetic studies. You will be part of a small dedicated international team motivated to deliver safe drugs to patients.
Responsibilities
Developing sample preparation methods for biological samples
Developing quantitative and qualitative LC-MS/MS methods
Planning the practical work related to sample analysis
Processing instrument data in specialist software and databases
Documentation of laboratory work in our electronic laboratory notebook
General laboratory maintenance activities
Candidate profile
Education as laboratory technician, bachelor or similar
Experience from an analytical chemistry laborator
Experience with mass spectrometry analysis
Experience from analysis of biological samples
Natural interest in laboratory IT and analytical instrumentation
Independent and highly motivated to support your colleagues
